Introduction to Visual Programming with Scratch
  • Grades 7 to 12
  • Instructor-led course with a learning cohort

The primary aim of this course is to help students learn Computer Programming and understand how these concepts can be applied to make computers perform various tasks.

With Scratch, students can create their own interactive storybooks, animations, and games while learning Computational Thinking and Coding. Unplugged activities are taught to introduce the concepts of algorithm, sequencing, conditions, looping, and parallelism.

Python Programming: A Hands-on Introduction
  • Grades 7 to 12
  • Instructor-led course with a learning cohort

There is an exponentially growing community around data science, machine learning, AI, web development, and more. Python is a general-purpose programming language that has revolutionized the way we write code. Having a similar syntax as the English language enables developers to write programs with fewer lines. Additionally running on an interpreter system allows the code to be implemented as it is written.

In this course, students are introduced to core programming concepts like data types, conditionals, loops, variables, and functions as well. This course also provides a run-through of the various tools available for writing and running Python. It additionally offers hands-on coding exercises using commonly used custom functions, reading, and writing to console. The course is an in-depth study on how to apply algorithmic thinking to solve problems and develop modular code. Students learn to write efficient code with suitable data structures to store data.

Students will be introduced to core programming concepts:

  • Data types
  • Conditionals
  • Loops
  • Variables and functions

3D- CAD Modelling Using Fusion 360
  • Grades 7 to 12
  • Instructor-led course with a learning cohort

This 3D-Modelling course teaches the students to develop products and machines in a virtual platform using computer-aided design and Fusion 360 software. The 3D models are set by using dimensions and by constraining them to the specified position. Through this course, the students can extend their perspective to

  • Animate: Create an Exploded-View Mp3 Video
  • Render: Create a jpeg image by adding lights and texture to the model
  • Manufacture: Study and program the sequence of the products’ productions
  • Simulate: Test the Model virtually by adding the material property and specified Load (N), to verify its strength and capability.
  • Draw: Generate Documentation of the Parts and the assembly, by showing the three Views (Front, Top, Side)

The course covers all possible engineering needs, which can integrate with the complete system, from raw materials to the finished product.

Robotics
Game Programming with Unity3D* 36 hours/24 classes
Introduction to Java Programming
Decoding Artificial Intelligence
Robotics
  • Grades 7 to 12
  • Instructor-led course with a learning cohort

This is a hands-on course covering all the major domains of Robotics; the ultimate goal is to build a fully functional, well-programmed robot. The course is based on the knowledge gathered from previous programming and CAD courses while introducing advanced topics in these streams. Students also learn a completely new vertical: electricals. Concepts covered include optimized design, control systems, algorithms, and more. Completing the course promises to augment classroom learning by way of seeing academic theories put to practice in the real world. The course focuses on teaching how to come up with creative solutions and problem-solve. From brainstorming, prototyping, to the product stage, students will learn all the required fundamentals in Robotics.

Game Programming with Unity3D* 36 hours/24 classes
  • Grades 8 to 12
  • Instructor-led course with a learning cohort

This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of 2D Game programming using Unity3D. This course offers students industry-relevant practical exposure to the game industry and hands-on experience on the various concepts that are in play in the industry.

By the end of this course, students will be able to create a 2D Game using Unity3D & C# Programming and providing them with the competencies and skills needed to develop PC Games.

Introduction to Java Programming
  • Grades 7 to 12
  • Instructor-led course with a learning cohort

This course is paced to provide a solid foundation in Java™ for programmers without any prior experience in a C-based language.

Intensive and hands-on, the course is tailor-made to equip the student with the skills required to be an efficient Java programmer. Besides learning the basic structure and syntax of the language, students will also learn how to apply algorithmic thinking to solve problems and develop modular code.

Students will also learn to write efficient code with appropriate data structures to store data.

Decoding Artificial Intelligence
  • 10 to 12
  • Instructor-led courses with a learning cohort

The Decoding AI Course is for high school students interested in receiving an in-depth understanding and appreciation of AI. Students will take a deep dive into complex algorithms and teach computers to do things like recognize faces and images, play games, or find complex patterns. This high-impact program will give students a head start for college and beyond.
